Should be ready to work round the clock and on a daily basis the entire week. Its always one thing after the another. You should know how to be a good handler of your boss and should know as to how to put a blame on someone else

Lot of exciting projects going on Great opportunity to learn Good manager (Although this might depend on the team) Semi Relaxed work culture combined with a good team Processes in the company are evolving and this is a good time to be here Pay is adequately good when compared to the industry
