Pros

Work from home for some functions but pls refer to consider* Salary component for tax saving(not salary) Good peer relations to find better job elsewhere as everyone is looking out for another job 24x7

Cons

If you happen to be a woman who is on her way to family planning, your role will be diluted and you'll not be appraised fairly upon return. Some people in the leadership have spent all their lives(literally entire career) in this company and have risen through the rank but are so incompetent that they think belittling others is how leadership works. Unstable organisation structure, changing every 4-6 months Toxic leadership that doesn't want to hone talent and rely on tenured employees to keep implementing product and training new joiners. One needs to rely heavily on building relationships or bootlicking to get by day to day operations. Managers openly bash and humiliate subordinates, even in front of clients without formulating a strategy to improve performance. Higher management 's desire for travelling abroad surpasses their will to actually getting some work done once on site! There were actual instances of ppl travelling abroad and not meeting clients who were facing issues. Because of the bad handling of customers, business in a few countries was badly affected and ultimately closed. Leaders bad mouthing each other in front of subordinates Unreliable peers as back biting is encouraged and rewarded by L1s Personal attacks by some cuntry directors. Work life imbalance - ppl are expected to work till late and start early and be available 24*7*365 *Wfh so that you can work more
