--They don't have a set process. --Top management people are unprofessional and possess inhuman nature. --Targets set by them are totally un-achievable for any normal human being. but they make you feel bad about it everyday. --i have not seen anybody working there continuously for an year. --You will feel sick of yourself choosing HR field everyday if you are working at peoplestrong. --they will want you to stretch for long hours even if its not necessary. --their clients are never in good terms with them so you will always be in trouble. I mean everyday. --worklife balance. OMG people here are not that educated here to understand that term. If you really want to screw up your life join peoplestrong.

Being an hr Company all the hr experiment is done on employee , You will fallow all the worst hr rules that could be implemented.

Cons

Two to Three lead to work paralleled, no one can ignored, expected to be late hours , no increments , no perks , highly demotivated energy , don't go for money, Hr Policies changed every yearly , half Yearly as per their convenience,

Cons

Worst managers. They literally scold and insult their employees. You will be working on Saturday even. A client based company. 2 people for 10 people's work. Every minute of your are being calculated. Try to stay away if have any other officers in hand
