We always appreciate the feedback we receive from our employees. All businesses today are going through incredible amounts of change. Ours is no different. Change is uncomfortable at all levels of the business, and can be even more challenging for longer tenured employees. Our goal is to continue driving our performance driven culture to insure the success and growth of the entire business. This will cause discomfort, especially with longer tenured employees who have yet to see the positive impact that these changes will have on the overall business. The pace of change continues to accelerate. We have and will continue to take actions that insure we get appropriate feedback from all of our stakeholders and make changes that we feel are best for the health of the company.

Pros

The current leadership here has established a culture of trust, transparency, and teamwork. The recent growth of the company and growth of the individuals within it are proof of this fact. It is not always easy turning a battleship around in a bathtub, but this leadership is doing it. From the CEO, COO, and the CFO, this team is modeling the behavior necessary to change the toxic culture left behind by the previous ownership.

Cons

Not moving swift enough to remove under performers who feel entitled to continue to receive a paycheck while not meeting minimum expectations. Then they can get on social media and blame everyone but themselves.

Pros

Having worked with other staffing agencies in the past, Peoplelink has been the only one that has truly rewarded my team's hard work and success. Even with its rapid growth over the years, Peoplelink still has a family feel. The culture that has been created is second to none. The executive team from the CEO, COO, SVPs to RVPs are outstanding -- they communicate with the field consistently and encourage feedback, good & bad. With the other agencies I worked with there was no room for growth no matter how well you were performing. Not with Peoplelink, you perform and the company will invest in your development.

Cons

The only con is that Peoplelink has experienced some growing pains due to recent growth but they are diligently and constantly working on process improvement as well as implementing new technology to make the branches operate more efficiently.
