They tell you one thing then want another, and blame you for the difference. They want to cut corners and tell the company your staffing for they dont do that, unless caught, then your the scape goat.

The current leadership here has established a culture of trust, transparency, and teamwork. The recent growth of the company and growth of the individuals within it are proof of this fact. It is not always easy turning a battleship around in a bathtub, but this leadership is doing it. From the CEO, COO, and the CFO, this team is modeling the behavior necessary to change the toxic culture left behind by the previous ownership.

Cons

Not moving swift enough to remove under performers who feel entitled to continue to receive a paycheck while not meeting minimum expectations. Then they can get on social media and blame everyone but themselves.
