They dream big. Good benefits.

Cons

They dont care about their employees that work hard to try to make their dreams come true. They see the big dream, but they have NO IDEA how to get there. Careful becoming salary with this company, they dont care about your family time or your health. If you're not willing to become a "mean girl" then you're a victim of them. They dont care about standards or rules as long as their numbers look good. They will step on whoever they need to to look good

Minimum pay, no benefits or paid time off--OF ANY KIND

Learned a lot about recycling electronic devices. lots of nice coworkers.

Cons

NO paid time off. NO benefits. Minimum wage forever. NO mature leadership. Can't afford to stay there and can't afford to take an unpaid day off. Also gradually taking away holiday pay.

There are none. They wouldnt even answer the phone

Cons

I am a temp through them and so far they have screwed me out of 36 hours on 3 checks in total and I have called them multiple times only for them to tell me they don't know
