They tend to hire bright-eyed sociable people, which makes for a great work environment and good customer interactions. Good benefits, and plenty of potential to move up in the company. Cookies always available.

The pay wasn't too great, but the nice environment made up for it. Cookies always available.

Corporate is great and has a wonderful culture. The leadership from Kansas is absolutely in touch with the right way to do business and they have a great feeling at the company.

Cons

Out of state leadership is not in tune with the culture and run the company anyway they see fit. It's about them and no one else.

Cons

I cannot think of any at this time. There are different mortgage lending divisions and each has its unique pros and cons.
