Great environment. The people here are fantastic. The leads are solid as well.

Cons

The pay and processing could be a lot better. They have programs designed for micromanaging but they use the excuse that they are "tools to help you succeed".

Weird Dynamic of owners and management ... Nice guys though They really do not want experienced personnel want newbie's wet behind the ears to follow their program...almost like a cult... if you have experience outside their business you will not likely succeed
