Pros

It was nice working for a company that treats their employees with respect. There are a lot of fun holiday parties. They even have parties when IT people find new jobs. The HR Dept keeps everything under control.

Cons

Sometimes big old nerdies hang out in the HR dept and get all up in their business. It's not that big of a deal though.
