Great people and company as long as you aren't out to make a fortune.
Pros
This company treats its employees really well and gives great benefits. I've since moved on to a more traditional office position in another company and I will constantly be reminiscing about being back at Peoples. They really seem to care about their employees and will have a lot of inter-company holidays for activities and competitions. They also hire people based in large part for great customer service so most of the employees are the nicest people you will find, and you will always be happy to come into work and not dread sitting next to someone that will make you hate your life. Overall a very good company in great locations in the Overland Park and Lawrence areas.
Cons
Probably the largest downside to peoples is that they don't pay very well. But really, the workload from what I've seen isn't too terribly stressful so at the end of the day if you don't mind being just comfortable salary-wise, you could be very happy at Peoples.
