Good work hours, good ATO accrual (10 hrs/month), CEO and most management is friendly and personable, room for advancement

Some poor managers in the group can make the experiences at different branches vastly different, low pay for stress and responsibilities of job

The company genuinely cares for its employees and does right by them. The management is supportive and interested in developing/coaching. It's a bank unlike any other.

Cons

The starting pay is not the best. However, there are opportunities for growth. Also, there are not many locations, so it's not like you can move all over the country working here.
