Peoples is a great place to work. Very supportive management.

Flexible, management's door is always open. Friendly co workers and always encouraged to grow. Family-like environment. Plenty of work to stay busy.

Cons

More training for staff is needed, especially new hires. There is a lack of consistency across mortgage branches which can make it frustrating.
