typical 1970s american sales culture, dont work here. terrible management, suffered verbal, physical, psychological abuse, racism.

Pros

Good Benefits Package. Professional atmosphere. Enjoyed the challenge of meeting sales goals.

Cons

Lack of leadership. Not interested in the success of the individual. Not willing to give proper coaching as individual may have needed. Will let you fall without any consideration of prior successes. 20+years with this company and was terminated simply because of a policy in which I was not aware of furthermore could have easily been resolved with a little more patience from management team.
