Great team, fantastic employee rewards program, appreciation and recognition, team really comes together to provide support

Cons

The work is very stressful. There is a large emphasis placed on survey numbers and scores. Customers will rate negatively/impartially regardless of how well you perform as an agent if they do not get exactly what they ask for which impacts your performance/metrics.

Cons

Too many leaders Lack of transparency Leadership cares more about the performance stats than actual customer service. No consistency with rules. High turnover Boms play favorites and don’t respect employees. Advancement is almost impossible
