Besides the fact the programs are "remote" they will force you to go into the office

Cons

0 opportunities to grow in the company when you ask to be compensated accordingly they will not doubt to tell you to find a different job. they treat people like if we where machines

Decent Pay and Growth opportunity

Cons

They hire people from upper management with no experience with the company the effects trickle down. Also if they don't like you they will make there job to terminate at the first opportunity.

Pros

Percepta is a great company with lots of good people.

Cons

Supervisors show favoritism and upper management and HR do not respond timely when there is a problem l, that could possibly be resolved. Some supervisors have a since of superiority and it shows and they are not professional, yet they pick on the agents and create an environment that makes it impossible for you to do your best. Supervisors need more empathy for agent training.
