I enjoy working here and being of service. I am appreciative of the fact that I am working from home and working for a great company with opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

I'd like to provide more solutions to customers issues when they chat in. I do the best I can with the resources provided, but most that chat in expect that their issue will automatically get resolved by using the live chat method.

Percepta is a great place to work, and to begin a career. There are many levels of the company, so there is lots of room for advancement in the company, everyone is treated with respect, and they have great benefits for all employees.

Cons

It is a lot of information to take in, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes routine.
