Pros

I've been happy here at Percepta for 9 years. The management is always willing to work with you to be sure you are successful. The pay rate is very competitive.

Cons

Downside to working for Percepta is that you can't choose your own work hours. The shift depends on what position you hold. They are, however, very flexible if you need special accomations.

Benefits are good, perks are offered for discounts, work from home is an option depending on the program you work for.

Cons

new tech updates can interrupt your work process, have to stay motivated since the same routine can become boring.
