      Pros

      Company allows me the latitude to perform my duties in the manner I fell will best yield the results that will move the needle in a positive direction.

      Cons

      With the current state of the country the company is doing everything they can for the safety of the employees, so I do not feel there are any cons at this point in time

      I absolutely love my Percepta family/team! Coming from a sports background, teamwork is embodied in my core being and I thought that the only team I would ever know is the team that I played sports with but I was gladly mistaken. From day 1, the camaraderie and acknowledgement from a job well done was and still is amazing. That's from the top down to little ole me. This company NEVER misses an opportunity to recognize their staff for a job well done and the incentives are also amazing. It keeps you motivated to do a job well done, not only for the company but for the clients we serve. Thank you Percepta!
