Pros

Good pay, Clean environment, you have your own space, empowerment to do your job. Good hours. My position allowed for a somewhat flexible schedule. Team Leads were great. It's a good place to work. Promotions are possible, they do one or two fun things through out the year. the benefits are "meh" but are available, there are lots of different departments so you can find a good fit. some are not tethered to the phone.

Cons

so so training, you learn the actual job on the production. the constant office drama, the rather large privileged "cool group" that spent their 8 hours socializing, resulting in extra work for the team to get them caught up. NOTE: there is favoritism, Drama, slackers and special clicks in every company, every work place. Percepta is no better or worse than any other.

Good learning opportunities into global organisation

Pros

Work perks good (potential bonuses, holiday entitlements, accumulating holiday entitlement, discounts). Try to engage in open HR policies and clear communication. Seasonal goody bags and free pizza every quarter.

Cons

For the UK, there are little opportunities of progression. The job is great for a few years of experience but don't expect to grow up the company. Working alongside their client often feels like old school teacher vs child instead of collaborative working. Can be slightly old school in terms of hierarchical structure. Snap decisions and inconsistencies from global team leave you with whiplash.
