hours benefits are amazing great people to work for.

stress levels can be hard to handle. short breaks.

This is not a career

Pros

It's a paycheck until something bigger and better comes along.

Cons

This place is not where you will want to build a career. This is a beginner job, where you can learn customer service skills, if you do not have the experience, then move on. In my department, the management teams does not communicate effectively with the team. There are no meetings in my department, and the team is not performing as well as they should overall, as we are not hitting our goals. I never worked anywhere, where there were NO meetings. The morale of the team is not there. Everyone is just forced to do a job with no REAL direction from management. Treatment is not fair across the board, and it seems like we are working in a sweatshop. The benefits are not good. HR does not communicate effectively. It is a bunch of inexperienced people running the show. When you try to speak up, you are looked at as the trouble maker and told to be more of a team player. Management does not appreciate a person that goes above and beyond. There is no real work life balance. I can go on and on about the reasons to pass this place up.
