A Good Place to Work

Pros

Being able to work from home is great. Since this is a hybrid position, I work in an office as well. It adds some cohesiveness to the position. The managers are fair and work with you.

Cons

The WFO program is difficult to work with at times. The training feels rushed, and you are left unprepared for new tasks.

You get your regular biweekly paycheck.

Cons

You can expect to stay in your job for light years if you are someone with an opinion or someone who tends to challenge your supervisors with unwelcomed questions. Horrible HR , horrible training. horrible trainers. Do your job and Stf-up mentality!

Terrible Company

Pros

No pros. Management will sell out every employee that works for them if it means they are protected.

Cons

No company culture. They do not care about any employee and will just replace you with the next batch of workers from McDonalds.
