Pros

Pay is not terrible but it is not great or even good. It’s meh… and you can pay for health/dental benefits. That are mediocre.

Cons

There is ZERO growth. A company that truly HATES its employees. HR is completely useless. And be prepared to KISS BUTT 24/7 or you will be hated by the inner percepta zombies… This is a job for a monkey. And a monkey wouldn’t even want to work here. Perfect for an idiot though!

Work from home, one great supervisor

Cons

Terrible communication, resources and point of contacts are all contradictory, CRM sucks. Department layoffs. Poor upper management.

Great pay, benefits, friendly supervisors, non-toxic environment

Cons

Just like any other BPO companies we still need to report to work despite having strong typhoon and floodings
