Pros

Good rates of pay, and good bonus scheme.

Cons

High pressure to complete work in a small time frame. Constantly monitored, and messages sent to you when you're not in a status in a certain time frame. Sometimes caseloads are too high and you're given other people's cases to work on top of your own. It's like a school playground with regards to gossip and stirring trouble. Can be cliquey, managers clearly have favourites.

Pros

Promoting internally, hybrid work environments

Cons

Horrible Company Culture: Working at Percepta has been a nightmare. I received just one point for missing work due to my child's severe illness, even though I provided a valid reason and had to rush to urgent care. There's no consideration for employees' personal emergencies or well-being. Threatening Atmosphere: During training, we were constantly threatened with termination for trivial reasons. Additionally, the fear of accruing points led some employees to come to work sick with Covid, risking the health of everyone. The policy of receiving an occurrence for missing one day or being late once, and being fired after three occurrences in 90 days, created a toxic environment of fear and uncertainty. You can even get a point if you have a hole in your pants! Overall, my experience with Percepta has been deeply disappointing, characterized by a lack of empathy and respect for employees' well-being. I am very happy to have quit the company and found a new job where I feel valued and appreciated.

Pros

Most of the co-workers you will like and they'll make you feel welcome at least to start out.

Cons

I used to be a fan of Percepta, but now, they just want to do whatever makes them look good on Instagram, or Facebook or any other social media. They've gone out and spent time and resources seeking awards no one has heard of or cares about but again, but it makes them look good and they told us that we need to grow the company, we're going to do it on your backs, but oh yea... your bonuses aren't going to be what they used to be, can't wait to see if merit is going to even come close to cost of living increase. So much going on and with all the new hiring, no wonder we won't see our usual bonus or merit increases to match cost of living - they have to pay the new people so much now. There is no real development from leaders so if you're a Supervisor or a Manager, you need to do a lot of self-study so you can take it somewhere else because they won't recognize it.
