If I could did give negative stars. No pros

Cons

The learning/education. Mangers sarcastic and rude and gaslight agents. Run away horrible company -1000 stars Company uses what information you given them in your calls and dispatch information to other than lies about it. Can’t go to the bathroom multiple times a day unless you have medical paperwork. Favoritism and rude mangers.

Ample Parking and on site canteen

Cons

Training process provided out of date information that was useless when you went live. Managers would go out of their way to not offer assistance to anyone that was having issues with cases. High Stress, Low Appreciation. CSR are hired in 'Waves', which is a sign that there is a huge attrition rate.
