Atmosphere, co-workers, setting, perci-points, it's an easy job.

Cons

Ford's policies are structured in a way that puts the customers at a loss. As a customer service rep at heart, it's difficult deescalating customers who have every right to be upset.

Pay is below market average Culture - very clicky. If your face fits great, if it doesn’t good luck No opportunities for progression and unable to take on additional projects due to extreme ER caseload Ops Managers can treat others very unkindly
