Pros

Supportive co-workers make it worthwhile to stay Variety in therapeutic areas make it interesting to learn Customization in study design allows for a wide range of exposure to different study set-up needs Relatively generous PTO plan

Cons

No transparency from leadership Stressful deadlines/unrealistic expectations Lack of proactive communication between departments Most departments are currently understaffed Onboarding takes a long time Recent merger has caused too many things to change all at once creating a lot of chaos in the organization in an effort to 'streamline' Benefits have gone downhill over time Lots of overtime to keep up with study demands

Remote work flexibility overshadowed by lost benefits and low raises

Pros

Remote work offers flexibility that’s about it

Cons

Ever since this new company Perceptive took over we lost our unlimited PTO, most of our holidays, and given a raise of a penny followed by $.50. I am not sure how that is in agreement with the cost of living and hard work. Seems like they want to take over in their country and get out of America. I would stay away from this company.
