Pros

Most coworkers are easy to work with and they give each other credit for the work done. Collaboration in cross-functional teams is great.

Cons

3% annual raises and the salary is already below market value. No chance of moving up the ladder despite great performance reviews. Since the company was bought out (formerly called Invicro), we also no longer have unlimited PTO, which was one of the few perks of working here.
