Pros

Great team to work. Cordial and respectful environment. Provides flexibility

Cons

No raise since 3 years and 4 years before that. HR completely overlooks folks caught in manager change situations.

Thank you for your feedback. Compensation is important. All employees are eligible for an annual pay increase. Additionally, Managers may also recommend further employee salary adjustments (progression pay) at any point in the year. This is performance rather than tenure related. Separately HR also regularly reviews compensation ratios of all employees across the company and addresses any anomalies on a case by case basis in collaboration with the Manager.
