Pros

None, really. Limited comp, vacations, and constant politicing!

Cons

Constantly selling divisions and no clear direction except to lower costs and eventually spin off and split for owners.

No future or stability for this business

Pros

- most people are really nice to work with - the pay is good, but it probably depends on the team - work/life balance is ok

Cons

- after the acquisition by Private Equity Fund everything went downhill - management has no idea what they do. Change of strategy all the time. Just adding more reports that nobody reads. - unrealistic sales goals. Everybody knows they cannot achieve, but pressure from new owners is constant, so management just kept telling them what they want to hear - constant layoffs and reorganizations - no future or stability

Pros

if you like constant re-orgs & mismanagement this is the place for you!

Cons

absolutely everything: terrible management, inconsistent leadership, constant re-organization & new systems (literally every 3 months). Total nightmare.
