Pros

Dedicated teams who are passionate for company mission.

Cons

Company needs to find their direction. Leadership does to have experience in the industry, therefore discissions made, often affect the company in a negative way. Understaffed and siloed departments and systems.

Pros

Supportive co-workers make it worthwhile to stay Variety in therapeutic areas make it interesting to learn Customization in study design allows for a wide range of exposure to different study set-up needs Relatively generous PTO plan

Cons

No transparency from leadership Stressful deadlines/unrealistic expectations Lack of proactive communication between departments Most departments are currently understaffed Onboarding takes a long time Recent merger has caused too many things to change all at once creating a lot of chaos in the organization in an effort to 'streamline' Benefits have gone downhill over time Lots of overtime to keep up with study demands
