Flexibility, remote work, nice and kind people.

Cons

Disorientation, no clear direction, lack of talent, and inefficiency in some departments. Unrealistic deadlines are marked on the calendar under seniority pressure with no reality check, so it ends up being work thrown out the window because it was not good enough at the agreed deadline.
