Pros
Work is interesting and diversified and there is lot of flexibility in terms of work timing. Colleagues are experts and there is lot to learn, and they are willing to share their knowledge.
Cons
It is difficult to make a proper work-life balance. The management makes too many changes too quickly, which looks like haphazard decisions. There is no clear growth path. The company has changed a lot from being an open company to one which now has a lot of bureaucracy.
