Pros

Percona genuinely cares about doing what's right and best for customers. This is its core value. It's financially independent (no outside funding) so it can remain true to its core value.

Cons

It's in the growth phase from a small startup to a large enterprise. So currently it lacks the startup vibe and the stability of a large enterprise, but it will achieve the latter. Until then, things tend to change.
