Initially was a very good experience but not so much now.

Pros

Work is interesting and diversified and there is lot of flexibility in terms of work timing. Colleagues are experts and there is lot to learn, and they are willing to share their knowledge.

Cons

It is difficult to make a proper work-life balance. The management makes too many changes too quickly, which looks like haphazard decisions. There is no clear growth path. The company has changed a lot from being an open company to one which now has a lot of bureaucracy.

Pros

The work life balance is excellent for many departments. The PTO is generous for those of us in the U.S. Remote first

Cons

The disconnect between what upper management is being told and the experience of the individual contributors is extreme. The company values are no longer applied. There is a toxic culture of silencing. The hiring standards have declined and there is a growing number of bullies.
