100% remote working A lot of wonderful people

The founder has become more involved again, and it feels like any opinion that doesn’t match theirs is automatically seen as wrong. The new CEO is following that same path, and in just a few weeks, the culture everyone worked so hard to build is falling apart. People are being allowed to say whatever they want, even if it means publicly tearing others down and it’s all brushed off as ‘just cultural differences’ but the result is that most people are now too afraid to speak up unless they’re echoing the loudest voice in the room.
