Pros

You will not be bored! no shortage of daily challenges, opportunities for creative solutions are rewarded as long as no expenditures are called for.

Cons

this is a commodity industry, profits are razor thin at best and non-existent most of the time. thus the facilities are a little run down since they are not able to invest in infrastructure

Pros

The company offers a great supporting team and there are promotional opportunities for you to continue to grow. There is never a shortage of work for you to do and you will have the opportunity to get into as many projects as you seek to join.

Cons

Your work schedule can be consuming, working 12+ hours at least 6 days a week. Many persons are promoted to positions higher than their skill set will allow them to be successful in. Company is part of a tough industry to stay in as it will burn you out quickly.
