They have some of the best workers and some supervisors there that will actually help you with anything if you need it.

Cons

Their hours are cut in November and December sometime longer machines tend to break down a lot.

Excellent opportunity for overtime each night and on weekends. Benefits are are on par with other well known companies.

Cons

Repetitive work, cold wet damp workplace. Only two half an hour breaks and there are no two 15 minute paid breaks at Perdue
