Pros

Benefits are fair but that's it

Cons

No accountability. No recognition for the ones actually putting in the work. Management turns a blind eye to nonsense. No loyalty for the veterans.

Pros

Some opportunities, especially for those that trying to get their life back on track A lot of overtime available for hourly employees Employee sales of their products Various schedules

Cons

Salary is not competitive, especially on West coast Favoritism over performance when moving up, especially into higher management Education valued way more than practical experience, people skills and natural leadership qualities. Lack of developmental plans for various roles, a lot of employees with potential are overlooked Frontline management left dealing with majority of issues without solid support from upper management, everything is delegated from top to bottom Lack of retention due to salary defencencies limits accountability from hourly to salaried employees
