Pros

Only pro is the knowledge you can gain ONLY if you teach yourself

Cons

Toxic! Supervisors aren’t trained and don’t know what they are doing HR acts like they care but doesn’t do anything No one does their job and it comes down on the 1-2 people who actually do The main supervisor for transportation is the most toxic part of the company, she loves the drama and refuses to fix any issues They hire people who are not capable of their positions There is NO training
