Let me begin by saying thank you for your feedback. Like most folks, we've certainly experienced a lot of change in the past year. In addition to weathering a pandemic, we've also been learning a lot about how to clearly articulate our mission and create a cohesive vision that unites the company. That hasn't always been easy and, as I'm sure you know, it doesn't happen overnight. Despite what is in our name, we aren't perfect. But I'm encouraged by our momentum toward accelerating speed to care and making a real difference in the lives of clinicians, patients, and their families. So despite the fact that your experience was less than satisfactory and your tenure was fairly brief, I'm truly grateful to hear that you would recommend PerfectServe to others. Best of luck in your next endeavor and thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

If you dont work in Support, Pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

Managerial and executive leadership nightmare. No work/life balance. Poor training. Poor definition of roles. No communication between departments. policy and procedures are so poorly defined that no one follows them. No culture or diversity whatsoever.

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that your experience is not reflective of how we feel most of our employees would describe the culture at PerfectServe. It is true, we have gone through a ton of change in the last 2 years including leadership changes and trying to integrate companies. Neither are ever easy and take time. Currently we have more women in leadership roles than men and our diversity numbers are improving with the establishment of our DIAC and embracing a remote work culture. It is really going to open our candidate pool and we are really excited about that. Onward and Upward.

Remote work. Free snacks often.

Cons

Not confident the Executive Team knows how to run the business. Three different companies working under one umbrella. Long time senior people leaving.

It is unfortunate that your experience with us was not as positive as we would like and we hope you found a better match. During high growth phases and times of M&A it is typical to have leadership changes, some turnover and growing pains as we integrate and strategies shift. We are certainly thankful for those that thrive in changing environments. Thank you for your service while you were with us. Good luck to you.
