It pays the bills, OT available after your first six months, opportunity to transfer departments after six months.

Cons

very little management support, suggestions are not listened to, training is insufficient.

Pros

Excellent work-life balance, comprehensive benefits, supportive and collaborative colleagues, generous paid time off, and a positive, uplifting company culture.

Cons

Staffing levels are often inadequate during peak periods, resulting in a significantly increased workload. The systems in use are outdated, and there is a lack of timely support from leadership during critical moments. Additionally, compensation should be more competitive in comparison to similar roles at other organizations.
