Good people but Management just uses them and then let's them go.

Cons

Poor vision. Senior leadership has blinders on. Very limited product.

Pros

The product makes a difference in patient care and there are opportunities to work with a lot of cool tech.

Cons

It's extremely hectic and priorities shift a lot. It can be very difficult to stay on top of everything that's going on and deliver to the customer.

We are planning to implement a new OKR (objectives and key results) program in 2023 aimed on creating better focus and alignment across the organization. Pros

Great work-life balance, supportive management, opportunity to explore various technology related career paths, PTO plan is amazing.

Cons

Grew a little too fast making growth related change disorganized/chaotic. Definitely feel like this was recognized and is being addressed currently and hope that there are some lessons learned to ease future growth related change.
