1. PerfectServe is trying. As a company they sometimes get it right and sometimes wrong, but at least they are trying to do good things for all employees. Even with us all remote in Marketing, we have quarterly virtual team events and try to get to know each other as much as we can. The slack channels can be fun. 2. The marketing team works great together and Ryan challenges us each day to be creative and to move fast. We had a team kickoff this year and that was one of the best things we could have done as a team. 3. If you are looking for a position where you own every aspect of your position, then PerfectServe is the place for you. Since Day 1, I have had to own my role with my stakeholders. My manager and our CMO support us non stop and they help remove roadblocks as quickly as they can.

The best staff of any job I have ever worked. Wonderful co-workers and management is absolutely top notch! Training is thorough, and provides all of the tools and equipment you need to be successful. The sky is the limit for advancement. Schedule flexibility is great as well. Great benefits and work experience is personalized. Cannot speak highly enough about the company and the people.
