Good ideas / Poor leadership

Pros

- Work from home - Half-day Fridays during summer - Holidays from both USA and Canada - Lots of very intelligent people to bounce ideas off of and learn from

Cons

- Not enough technical staff to support the existing products - New products do not have teams created to support them - Upkeep only happens after emergencies - Heavy reliance of overtime / on-call to accomplish business goals - Compensation and benefits are low based on expecations (not titles)

Thank you for your feedback - the good and the bad. We are working hard to address your staffing concerns. I agree that we have opportunities to improve our organizational readiness when we launch new products. This was a big topic during a recent leadership meeting. I feel good about the plan the team discussed. We should see improvement in this area when we launch our new call center product.
