Pros

- Plenty of paid holidays - Good 401k - Relaxed work environment - I have a fantastic boss - High tech with Ultipro so you can update your HR information easily - Opportunities for advancement and growth - Remote work - Decent pay - No micromanagement in my group - Very welcoming and diverse culture - Willing to improve the product now they have replaced the staff from the huge turnover

Cons

- Disorganization with onboarding process (I think it's getting better, though) - Sometimes expected to work on your day off or after hours to accommodate customer calls. - Less than ideal health insurance benefits. - No sick days (all one PTO bucket). - Hard to get things done when you need to go outside your own group(s). The wheels seem to move too slow. - A lot of recent turnover (but getting better). - Sometimes grows faster than they can accommodate staff wise.

PerfectServe Response

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to write a review for us. We love hearing from employees, and we take all feedback very seriously. We're so glad you've experienced our supportive culture firsthand. One of the main reasons PerfectServe has been around for 25 years is that our team members understand that we all succeed when one of us succeeds, and that attitude is pervasive throughout all departments. We were all new at some point, and it's imperative that we continue to onboard team members in a way that allows them to learn, grow, and get to know others at a comfortable pace. Regarding your other feedback, it goes without saying that transparency is important for employees to feel connected to a business. We host interactive bi-weekly all hands meetings (for the whole company) and once-a-month "commercial" meetings (including all of sales and marketing) to make sure the line of communication from our leadership team is always open. We also welcome and encourage all employees to talk with their managers at any time if they have questions or need clarity about company strategies and objectives. Compensation is also a very important subject, and while every discussion about this topic is different, we can assure you that we always want our employees to feel like their pay is commensurate with their work. Again, we welcome anyone with this concern to talk to their manager or even a member of the People Ops team. We'd rather hear from you than let you be frustrated in silence!

Pros

* Opportunity to build a brand that resonates with the market, customers, and employees. * Grow the business to reach new customers and build loyalty with our current customer base * Bring new ideas to the organization -- empowering each other to be innovative, think differently, and have fun

Cons

* It's a lot of work... but I have enjoyed my creative freedom * Being able to connect in person, there is something about face-to-face interactions and meetings.
