-Fantastic leadership from the top down -Colleagues who are willing to help one another in any and every situation -A company that gives it's employees the chance to grow alongside it

Cons

-Working remotely (this comes with plenty of pros too); but one con is not being able to interact with co-workers in person

Pros

Onboarding and training was very organized and detailed, I felt very prepared to do the job when training was completed. We also have ongoing training to continually improve, and the entire group sales team in very welcoming and helpful throughout training and beyond. Management wants you to succeed and helps guide you in the right direction if you are looking to grow within the company.

Cons

Remote work can be isolating, you need to be very disciplined to keep yourself motivated because they do not micromanage you.

Great company culture. Quality, innovative products that make a legitimate difference. Realistic expectations yet still challenging enough to push yourself every day/week/month. Awesome management and support from other areas in the company. Tons of different software tools provided to make your job easier. Fair pay and benefits. Fully remote. Quality technology provided to work remotely. Great marketing and communication teams that drive a lot of interest online and put out valuable content/campaigns consistently.
