Pros

This company has a lot of product lines for its size and there is a lot to manage and learn. As a result, there is a lot of opportunity for those who are willing to learn, work hard, and most importantly put the customer (and ultimately the patient) first. There are a lot of people here who are very intelligent and can be incredibly kind and supportive.

Cons

It can be difficult to navigate all the competing priorities and get attention for your issues from others who are experiencing the same challenges.

Pros

The work we do as an organization is incredibly important and meaningful. We make a difference not only in the lives of the medical professionals we engage with every day but the people and families they're serving as well. Senior leadership is actively engaged, transparent, and takes a people-first approach. I feel very cared for, challenged, and encouraged in the work I do by leadership and the team. You are not just a number within the organization. PerfectServe takes care of employees very well with a robust benefits package and treats them with dignity and honor.

Cons

As part of an equity-backed organization, teams tend to run very lean, which requires a much heavier and spread-out workload for the individual. The true culture within the organization happens more at the individual team level rather than the organization level in my opinion/experience. Leadership development could be improved, but I believe the People Ops team is working diligently on this.

Thanks so much for leaving us a review! And of course, thanks for being a member of our team. We're particularly happy to see that you find your work meaningful and find that you feel challenged & taken care of. That's very important to us! In terms of areas for improvement, we're always looking at ways to optimize our workforce to ensure everybody can strike a good balance between feeling challenged and having a great work-life balance. Same goes for culture—it's an ongoing effort, especially in a remote-first environment, but we're committed to being the best we possibly can. We appreciate this feedback tremendously. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and for all the contributions you've made at PerfectServe.
