This company used have a clear direction, backed by a strong mission. Not any more. Private Equity-owned and operated.

Let me begin by saying thank you for your feedback. Like most folks, we've certainly experienced a lot of change in the past year. In addition to weathering a pandemic, we've also been learning a lot about how to clearly articulate our mission and create a cohesive vision that unites the company. That hasn't always been easy and, as I'm sure you know, it doesn't happen overnight. Despite what is in our name, we aren't perfect. But I'm encouraged by our momentum toward accelerating speed to care and making a real difference in the lives of clinicians, patients, and their families. So despite the fact that your experience was less than satisfactory and your tenure was fairly brief, I'm truly grateful to hear that you would recommend PerfectServe to others. Collaboration, Integrity, Innovation, Service, Purpose, and Inclusion The is a great place to grow your skills and work with dedicated team members working towards a beneficial life altering service to the healthcare industry.

Cons

Some roles in the company can work within a 24 hour shift and this can be a pro to some and con to others
