- Company culture is the best I have experienced in 20 years in sales - Leadership is completely transparent and listens to our feedback intently - There is real opportunity for personal and career growth (I was promoted within the first year of my employment)

Cons

- Growing pains around absorbing multiple companies under one branded umbrella

Pros

I have been with PerfectServe over 1 year and have loved every minute of it. My leader works hard to help me grow and stay driven. PerfectServe works hard to find great people to fill positions in the company. They keep a positive culture in all departments and treat all employees very well! The CEO talks to everyone and treats everyone the same. He is very sincere and involved with the company. Leadership is constantly working to improve areas for their employees and keep an open communication line between them.

Pros

PerfectServe offers considerable opportunity and upward mobility to those that are committed and willing to work hard. The company is also home to some really incredible people. The people can make or break a workplace environment, and PerfectServe has no shortage of talented, friendly, and supportive individuals. I am thankful to be a part of this organization and to be surrounded by the people that I work with each day.

Cons

Being able to maneuver change and remaining flexible is a non-starter. If you enjoy status quo, this might not be the place for you.
