Abusive leads and incompetent management

Location is OK. Onsite food available.

Cons

Senior management is not very bright. Their so-called CTO is a horrible boss and the CEO is gutless. Further, this is a company that allows certain long time senior leads to get away with verbally abusive behavior to many employees that should net them a lawsuit. Company is at best simply floating where they are with no significant growth. Outsourcing jobs was a slap in the face to all of the company US-based employees. One wonders if senior management and their private investors simply did this to line their own pockets. Disgraceful management and a truly crappy product.

Horrible Training Process

The pay is okay, but not the best.

Cons

The company does not know how to train their employees correctly. Leadership gets upset when you need their help and will assist you with an attitude. It's very cliquish and a horrible ran facility.

With a dedicated staff of 4 trainers we recognize not everyone learns the same but we must ask that employees who are being challenged by a portion of the training let us know, so we can seek a positive resolution.

Perfectserve really invests and cares about it's employees and it's culture. Work environment is incredibly advanced technologicaly.
